Our story

The Sophia Marie Patisserie is named after Pastry Chef Stacia’s Daughter, who has made her realize that the special times in her life when was she spent time with her grandmothers in the kitchen baking. Her grandmothers nationalities are from France, Italy, and Argentina.

Sophia Marie Patisserie is dedicated to helping create wonderful memories with family members and close friends by offering warm baked goods and sweets to enjoy together.

Chef Stacia Palomeque has completed modern Bakery and Pastry degree at the Culinary Arts Institute to ensure that every item is created with classic and traditional methods of a French Patisserie coupled along with family recipes passed down through the generations and even some recipes that she has created herself.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Ingredients & Recipes

Sophia Marie Patisserie sources and uses ingredients of the highest quality available when baking and creating the amazing array of yummy treats. Each recipe is created in small batches to ensure the freshest baked goods and treats available.

Recipes have been passed down through her grandmothers that were born in France, Italy, and Argentina. I strive to keep our memories of enjoying these treats with Noni and Nona alive by sharing the amazing treats they have created with you along with some of my own original recipes.
